If you are not able to see my preivous tamil posts then you may try the following.
In you Internet explorer browser Go to View - Encoding and choose Unicode/ UTF-8
If this still does not solve your problem then
Download Latha font from here
Install the above font by going to Control Paner/Fonts -> Install New font
Then in Internet explorer go to the menu option Tools - Internet options - Fonts - scroll for Tamil and select the installed Latha font and click OK.
This should solve the problem.
